Cool J/24 Tricks of the Trade
Hello J/24 Sailors,
We are starting up a new section on our website, called Cool J/24 Tricks of the Trade.
Below you will find a sample of what we have to offer. This happens to be a photo of
the way we pin down our mast base aboard Brain Cramp-USA 1208. By simply filling
in the questions below, you'll have full access to many more "tricks". We want you to
email us back with any "cool tricks" you may have on your boat, just send us a photo
and boat name/number and we'll post it.
See you at the next regatta,

Mast Base Holders:
You do not have to hold the mast base with bolts and armor; these are just simple awls holding it in place. Once you start to wind the rig up-she will not be moving. This makes for quicker adjustments if need be. |
